We will provide you with photographs showing you the building at every stage, if you are living outside of your chosen location. If you already have your own building plot, no problem we can still build for you.
Our area includes: Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Orba, Jalon, Salinas & Pinoso in the Alicante region as well as Lorca & Moratella in the Murcia region, we cover all the areas in between, both Coast & Country.
Worried about where to live whilst your Villa is being built? We can arrange rental accommodation on the Costa Blanca, as well as storage for your furniture.
Stage payments are available, arranged to fit in with your financial plans, as well as up to 80% mortgages arranged through major banks. You are of course, free to use your own legal representative or we can recommend one for you.
If you area still worried about the cost, then let me tell you that surprisingly individually built Villas often work out much cheaper than older resale properties that will require a lot of expense to bring up to modern day living. New Villas are built to the up to date building regulations including full insulation which will save on heating costs in the winter and electric for air conditioning in the summer. Older properties will not have the provision for insulation nor will they have the electric supply to enable you to have your washer, dishwasher or other appliances switched on at the same time.
You can see finished Villas before committing yourself, that way you can judge the high quality construction and finish that is so very important, all our builders construct to quality not to price, however you will still be surprised at the finished cost.
