is part of the International Homes (Yorks) s.l. group who are a family business establish in 1991 who have over 20 years knowledge of the area of Spain that we operate in. International Homes (Yorks) s.l. are a fully registered Spanish company. are not builders, we act as agents for individual private building companies, who, like us are fully registered, most of whom we have known for a good number of years and whose workmanship is always first class. All properties sold come with a 10 year insurance guarantee. You can view properties already built by the builders.Build a Villa Costa Blanca
assist and monitor the entire process of find you a suitable building plot in your chosen location, arranging with the architect to design your new Villa to your design or adapting one of the many different designs currently available, carrying out the soil tests to the plot, obtaining planning permission, electric and water connections and contracts, building your Villa to your chosen design, arranging the garden landscape as well as the swimming pool, obtaining and handing over the certificate of habitation, handing over of your keys at the notary office.
